The Coen brothers are Jedi, absolutely!

Otherwise, there is no explaining the casting of Star Wars: The Force Awakens: two actors from Inside Llewyn Davis, Oscar Isaac and Adam Driver, played the hero and villain in Episode VII—Poe Dameron and Kylo Ren.

If you think that is just a coincidence, you must have missed the funny but strangely prophetic song “Please Mr. Kennedy” in Inside Llewyn Davis. To explain this great prophecy, someone edited out the other lead singer, Justin “not a jerk” Timberlake, and mashed the song together with The Force Awakens. Take a look:

“Please Mr. Kennedy”

Runtime: 1:56

If that still does not make sense, let me explain the lyrics:

Please Mr. Kennedy, I don’t wanna go.

(Please don’t shoot me into outer space.)

Clearly, in peacetime Oscar and Adam (Poe and Kylo) were friends. They did not want to go off to the distant Jedi academy. But their parents—Luke, Princess Leia and Han Solo—forced them to go to school.

And the mastermind behind it all, the producer of The Force Awakens and chair of Lucasfilm, is called Kathleen Kennedy!!!

She produced most of Steven Spielberg’s films

(including E.T., Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, and more).

Coincidence again? Let’s keep watching:

Bubble helmet, Flash Gordon boots,

nowhere up there in gravity zero.

(outer…space)

The Star Wars series was heavily influenced by the 1930s science-fiction comic strip Flash Gordon. “Bubble helmet” and “Flash Gordon boots” are figures of speech referring to the stormtroopers. The references to zero gravity and outer space could not be more obvious.

Now look at this passage. The meaning is profound:

I need to breathe,

don’t need to be a hero.

(outer…space)

Oscar does not want to become a Jedi. He is afraid the Dark Side of the Force will tempt him and turn him into his grandfather, Darth Vader. Becoming Vader means wearing a black helmet and breathing like a vacuum cleaner, so Oscar sings, “I need to breathe; I don’t need to be a hero”…

In the end, it was Adam who put on the helmet.

Master Yoda once said that the future is always cloudy—perhaps he meant smog. But actually he can see it, which is why he is always so relaxed.

The Coen brothers clearly foresaw in 2013 what would happen in 2015. So tell me: aren’t they Jedi who can see the future, like Master Yoda?
